NOTICE TO APPLICANTS:
It is necessary to verify that all information  is entered correctly.  This process will take anywhere from 2-24 hours depending on staff availablility.  If you should require faster service, call 325/673-1930 and tell them you have completed an online application.  All online applications do require payment in advance.  You may come by the office before closing that day or call with credit card information.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover (requires three month payment terms).  Automatic Bank Draft is available (complete information in form).

WES-TEX CONNECT USER AGREEMENT POLICY:
I understand and will abide by WesTex's User Agreement Policy.  I further understand that ANY violation of the regulations stated in the policy are a criminal offense.  Should I commit any violation, my access privileges may be revoked and/or appropriate legal action may be taken.  I understand and agree to all charges in the form.  I also understand that some options require a one-time (nonrefundable) setup fee and is due at time of sign up.
